Public Appeal for Information – Incident on Newman Drive

Kent Police are appealing for information following a report of a group of young male youths using catapults in the area of Newman Drive, Sittingbourne, on Friday 13th March at approximately 17:30 hours.

Officers are investigating after concerns were raised about the group’s behaviour and the potential risk to people, pets, property, and passing vehicles. Catapults are capable of causing significant injury and damage, and their misuse in a public place is taken extremely seriously.
